Refund Policy

Fourteen days, no questions asked
If a BigCSV licence is not what you wanted, email danilo@stoicdev.tech within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be argued with.
Include the email address you bought with, or the order number from your receipt. That is enough to find the order.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for the sale. We action requests within two business days. Once issued, the money typically reaches your card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.
You can also request a refund directly from the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence key stops working. Anything you already produced with the tool is yours to keep — the files were created on your own machine and we could not take them back even if we wanted to.
Try before you buy
Files up to 10,000 rows work free, with no account and no card. Every operation is available at that size, so you can confirm the tool does what you need before paying anything. We would rather you tested it first than bought and refunded.
If you are in the EU or UK
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. This policy meets or exceeds it, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Chargebacks
Please email before opening a chargeback. A refund is faster for you than a bank dispute, and there is no scenario where we refuse one inside the window.
